4. How should I care for my men's underwear?

If you wish to maintain the longevity of your underwear, it is recommended that you follow the precautionary guidelines given on the label or product page. Generally, it is recommended to wash machines with similar colors in cold water and to tumble dry them on low or air drying. Use no bleaches and harsh chemicals that can harm the fabric or elasticity.

5. Can I return or exchange men's underwear?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on men's underwear, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We're constantly striving to make our products as good as possible and we encourage you to contact customer support within 2 days of receipt of your order for help if you get a defective item.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.Please note that it may take a few days for the tracking information to be updated.

7. Do you offer international shipping?

8. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.Generally, for domestic orders nat take 2 to 5 business days for delivery. International orders may take 5 to 8 business days, depending on customs clearance processes and the destination country. Our Order Processing duration is 12 Business days. 

9. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We're trying to process orders as quickly as possible so we can deliver them on time.Contact our customer services within 24 hours, if you need to cancel or modify your order.We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that after 24 hours , we cannot make sny changes to it.

10. My discount code isn’t working!
