To provide clarity on our policies, please be aware that we operate under a strict return policy for underwear and clothing accessories. We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non- Eligible Items
1. Underwear and Accessories Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchange for underwear and accessories. We prioritise the health and safety of our customers, and therefore cannot accept returns for these items.
2. Custom-made products are also non returnable as they are specially crafted to your specifications
3. Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Exceptions
Damaged or Wrong Items In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or incorrect item , please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order.We will promptly address the situation and provide guidance on the next steps.
No Returns Without Video Proof We strictly enforce our policy and do not accept any returns or exchanges without video proof of the unboxing process and the damaged / wrong item

Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after making the purchase.We will provide the full refund or store credit. We allow a 24- hour window period for you to cancel your order and receive the full refund. Customers are encouraged to review our shipping policy before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience.
Once the 24-hour window has passed, the invoice will be generated, and order processing will begin.If you wish to cancel your order after this period, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the remaining balance will be refunded to you.
