Order Cancellation and Refund 

We appreciate your shopping with us at kamasstudiounderwear.com. To provide clarity on our policies, please be aware that we operate under a strict order cancellation and refund policy for clothing and accessories.

Order Cancellation 

Customers are allowed to cancel their order within 30 minutes of placing your order. During this window period, you may request a full refund or choose to receive the amount as store credits via Email. Customers are encouraged to review our shipping policy  before placing an order to avoid any inconvenience. 

Invoice Generation & Order Processing 

Once the 30 minutes window period has passed, the invoice will be generated, and order processing will begin on the next business day, and the order will be considered as confirmed.

No order Cancellation After Processing 

Once order processing has started, order cancellation will not be permitted under any circumstances. We do not accept cancellation requests, excuses or special demands after this stage. 

Delayed Order Refund Policy 

If an order delayed beyond 30 Business days, customers will be eligible for requesting a full refund. This policy does not apply to custom-made products and personal care accessories which require additional production time. 

Non-Cancellable Products

Orders for custom-made products and Personal Accessories are strictly non-cancellable, once order has placed.

Refund Settlement Method 

All approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment through the payment aggregator within 10 Business days, or alternatively issued as store credits, based on the customer’s preference.Customers who choose refunds in the form of store credits will receive additional discounts on their future purchases as a benefit.
