Our Shipping Policy
Processing Time - Please allow up to 15 business days for order processing. All our products are imported and customized products, depending on the design and manufacturing requirements, this process may take up to 15 business days.
Shipping Partner - Once your package is ready after completing the order processing, we will hand it over to the DTDC for the final discreet delivery.
Delivery Time - Delivery times may vary depending on your location.DTDC will provide tracking information so you can monitor the process of your package.
Discreet Packaging - Your privacy is important to us. Rest assured, all orders are shipped in discreet packing.
Order Updates - You will receive WhatsApp notifications and email updates regarding the status of your order
- First Email - Within 24 hours of placing your order, you’ll receive the first email containing your invoice. This indicates that your order has started processing. You have 24 hours from receiving this email to cancel your order and receive a full refund. Once processing begins, cancellations are not possible.
- Second Email - After 15 business days, you’ll receive the second email confirming the completion of order processing. This email will include the DTDC tracking information slip.
- Third Email - You’ll receive a third email once your package is available to track, indicating that the package has left our local hub in Trivandrum, Kerala.
- Fourth Email - We’ll notify you via email once your package has reached its destination or the DTDC hub nearest you, ensure you’re informed every step of the way.
- Fifth Email - Finally, upon successful delivery of your package, you’ll receive the fifth and final email confirming that your order is completed. Additionally, we’ll provide product review requests.

Shipping Delays
If there's any type of delay happens, we will notify you at the earliest. Please be aware that we have no control over delays brought on by festive seasons, public holidays, customization, Garment production, Fabrication process, production line delay, unpredictable pandemics, or calamities. We request and appreciate your kind patience in the event of any such occurrence.
Track My Order
For both domestic and international shipping, the tracking code will be sent as soon as when we can ship your orders from Kamasstudio Hub, Trivandrum, Kerala after the Order process.
You can track your orders through our tracking page. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as local postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order will be sent with insured shipping and handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get lost in transit or returned to us for any reason, we will contact you through business email and Landline. The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our office. You are eligible for item replacement or refund if your purchase is lost in Transit. If you haven't received your items in 40 business days since you ordered, please contact our customer care at contact@kamasstudiounderwear.com
Are there any hidden customs fees or Import taxes
There’s no Import Duty Tax or VAT for Domestic Customers. All prices on our webpage are displayed in INR, excluding extra charges.
Extended Delays
In some instances, the delivery time may take longer than our policy states. If this is the case, please contact at contact@kamasstudiounderwear.com as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help you resolve any situation that we have control over.
