Our Shipping Policy 

Processing Time - Please note that our standard order processing time is 12 to 15 business days ( 2 to 3 weeks ) as all items are imported, cleared through customs, and customised locally before dispatch.  

Shipping PartnerOnce your package is ready after completing the order processing, we will hand it over to the available logistics for the final discreet delivery. 

Delivery TimeDelivery times may vary depending on your location.We  will provide tracking information once the package has shipped, so you can monitor the tracking status. 

Discreet PackagingYour privacy is important to us. Rest assured, all orders are shipped in discreet packing. 

Order UpdatesYou will receive email updates regarding the status of your order

  • First Email - After 30 minutes of placing your order, you’ll receive the first email containing your invoice. This indicates that your order has ready to start processing.
  • Second Email - After 12 to 15  business days, you’ll receive the second email confirming the completion of order processing. This email will include the tracking information slip. For custom-made products, you can expect the tracking email after 20 Business Days.

Shipping Delays 

In some cases, shipping delays can extend up to 30 Business days due to importing and customs procedures. If there's any type of delay happens, we will notify you at the earliest. Please be aware that we have no control over delays brought on by customs, festive seasons, public holidays, customisation, Garment production, Fabrication process, production line delay, unpredictable pandemics, or calamities. We request and appreciate your kind patience in the event of any such occurrence.

Track My Order

For domestic shipping, the tracking code will be sent as soon as we can ship your orders from our Hub, after the Order process.

You can track your orders through our tracking page. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as local postal delays. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
