Return , Refund and Order Cancellation 

We appreciate your shopping with us at To provide clarity on our policies, please be aware that we operate under a strict return policy for underwear and clothing accessories. We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Eligibility for Returns 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non- Eligible Items 

1. Underwear and Accessories Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchange for underwear and accessories. We prioritise the health and safety of our customers, and therefore cannot accept returns for these items.

2. Custom-made products are also non returnable as they are specially crafted to your specifications 

3. Sale Items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Wrong Items In the rare instance that you receive a damaged or incorrect item , please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order.We will promptly address the situation and provide guidance on the next steps.

No Returns Without Video Proof We strictly enforce our policy and do not accept any returns or exchanges without video proof of the unboxing process and the damaged / wrong item

Return Process
